Onlinehomeopathy excepts orders from the UK and other EU countries and the US.
Onlinehomeopathy sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Onlinehomeopathy reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if they suspect you are purchasing for resale.
Onlinehomeopathy will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
Onlinehomeopathy allows you to pay by credit card [those listed on our store page] paypal or direct bank transfer.
Onlinehomeopathy endevours wherever possible to ship your order the same day as received. All orders before one pm will be sent out the same day orders place after 1pm will sometimes leave the next day if an item is out of stock but your order has already gone through we will contact you by email where you will have the option to wait for the item to come back in to stock or have a full refund either back on to your card or paypal account, bank account.
If items are damaged they can be returned within 14 days depending on the item it will be sent back to an address in the UK, SHOULD YOU NEED TO RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM the address to return a damaged item to will be included in the receipt that accompanies your purchase. Any item that has been opened or tampered with will incur a charge. Undamaged items can not be returned due to the nature of their intent.
